What is the Lions Club?  The Lions Club is the world's largest and most effective community service organization, with more than 1.4 million members.

Our Club in Kyiv is one of 40,000 clubs in approximately 180 countries around the world. Regardless of what language they speak , religion or politics they espouse, all Lions are dedicated to seeking out and helping those in need.

Our Club was registered in 2002 and look forward to serving those most in need around Ukraine. We always welcome new members and invite anyone interested to contact us to learn more.

About Lions Since 1917 Lions clubs have offered people the opportunity to give back to their communities. From involving members in local projects as local as cleaning up the local parks or as far-reaching as bringing sight to the world's blind. Lions clubs have always embraced those committed to building a brighter future for their community.

Today with more than 44,600 clubs in 190 countries and geographical areas, Lions have expanded their focus to help meet the ever-increasing needs of our global community. Our programs are continually changing to meet the new needs and greater demands, but our mission has never wavered: "We Serve."

The Kyiv Lions have, since it's registration in Kyiv, raised over $130,000.00 for charities in Ukraine. We thank everyone for their support.    

Membership The Kyiv Lions Club general meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of every month in the Golden Gate Pub and Restaurant located at 40/2 Volodymyrska Street. Gatherings are at 6:30 PM for a 7:00 PM start. The working language is English.

You are asked to inform one of the members of your intention to join us so that you may be introduced formally to the group. Alternatively you can contact the membership committee chairman.
